  • 500 g fresh Norwegian salmon without skin or bones in loins.
  • 3 cloves of garlic & ½ onion.
  • Juice of half a lemon and its zest.
  • 1 teaspoon of hot paprika and another of sweet paprika.
  • Half a teaspoon of ground cumin, an envelope of saffron and half a teaspoon of turmeric. A pinch of ground cinnamon.
  • Five branches of coriander.
  • Black pepper, salt and olive oil.

  • On the board we have the salmon and a glass bowl. Cut the salmon into large cubes, 4 x 4 centimetres, and add to the bowl.
  • Chop garlic into small squares and add to the bowl.
