1. Booking & Payment Terms.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures that we can reserve your preferred time slot and prepare customized advice specifically for your needs.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalties if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your session) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Refund Eligibility.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered due to an error or technical issue on our part.
- You were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment.
- A valid service issue was reported within 24 hours of the session, and our team has confirmed the concern.
To request a refund, please email us at support@fitnessquora.com with your name, booking details, and the reason for the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations.
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
- You attended the session but were dissatisfied with the outcome (e.g., the advice was not useful to you).
- You missed the session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- You changed your mind after the service has been provided.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the session date.
5. Refund Processing Time.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and refunded to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
