San Miguel GS in Vistabella (January 22)

Spain, the only place where you go out in winter to warm up while your house is like the North Pole (Iykyk), fortunately a beginning without breeze at 10 am was very pleasant and today did not notice so many layers of clothes. Our second eclectic competition was totally subscribed to this popular course. The sun appeared fleeting the “old bones” and then reappeared the breeze.

48 anxious beavers departed with a few walkers trying to get rid of some of those kilos of pudding (the others were in calesa and obviously were not worried about post-navity weight!). Today we had an exclusively feminine team (which may have been the first for society): the dynamics was good and the scores were not so bad either! Flannigan’s gave the always welcome hospitality with a delicious chili and rice.

And to the presentation of awards:

Gold: Darren Hancock (39 points)
Silver: Roger Webb (40 points and best score of the day)
Bronze: Norman Padmore (39 points)

The “Dos” boat was distributed scarcely today with seven people who managed to obtain that beautiful score in a torque 3; Darren Hancock, John Osborne, Mike Stott, Phil de Lcy, Tony Smale, Sandra Dibble (affectionately known as official!) And Norman McBride.

The NTP were Peter Turbefield, Norman McBride, Scotty Philips and Mike Stott.

Next week our first visit to Villamartín in 2025: we are trying to make our rounds here before they close later in the year for a total renewal of the golf course (which should be incredible once finished).

The photos were completely free throughout this week with many “needy” photobombs (you will be named and ashamed). The winners (and the winners without category …) in the photo from left to right: Darren Strugnell (President, is not a winner today!), Norman Padmore (Bronze), Mickey Roscoe (a kind of winner: the Ábaco!), Darren Hancock (gold), Tony Smale (he is not a winner of the category but obtained a two!), Roger Webb (silver), Lee Eastman (Captain, won in his category somewhere …) And Norman McBride (he is not a winner of the category but obtained a two and a NTP (nothing wrong to soon be nonagenarian!).

The Post San Miguel GS in Vistabella (January 22) appeared for the first time in news, sports, information, property, business, tourism – news, sports, Spanish properties for sale, business directory, classified and advertising for Spain.
